1st Class Outside Machinist

A minimum of 5 yrs experience as a Shipyard Outside Machinist working on various types of mechanical systems on surface and subsurface vessels. Must be familiar with tools and components of ships engines. Experience with propellers, steers and valves.

Must be able to rapid gate.

Must be able to pass hands on test.

Must have own tools.

OSHA maritime 10 and VSRA required.
