Logistics LTL Coordinator

Looking for an experienced Logistics LTL Coordinator

Experience:

• 2+ years of college
• In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to multi-task numerous concurrent events
• Problem solving skills
• Customer service skills
• Highly organized
• Background must consist of 2-3 years of experience in the transportation industry
• Ability to work independently

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Manage all LTL orders using sophisticated routing software
• Maintain knowledge of customer specific compliance rule
• Produce and Develop Excel spreadsheets using VLOOKUP and PIVOT TABLE function
• Interface directly with customer via phone and email
• Maintain complex reporting requirements

*The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented and have the ability to work well under pressure*

Type: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate: $12.00-$14.00 per hour

This position is extremely competitive
