Transportation Dispatch Coordinator Chesapeake, VA

Candidate will be responsible for logistics administrative support to include:
Warehouse dispatching, shipping/receiving, preparing invoices, updating websites, and consolidating yard checks. Coordinating transportation and setting up appointments, as well as interacting w/sales personnel. Other admin duties deemed necessary by Supervisor.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years office experience preferable in a transportation office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
Proficiency in Windows-based software.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Prior military experience a plus.
