Essential
Functions May Include:
- Ensuring that all Production personnel perform their duties up to company standards in a timely manner at all times.
- Maintaining quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
- Overseeing and moving jobs from sale to final delivery and payment.
- Managing internal inventory, determining the necessary amount of product for each individual job, eliminating waste and decreasing internal production costs by effectively managing all shop inventories.
- Utilizing job board spreadsheet or equivalent report to assist in scheduling production and installation of jobs immediately as jobs are sold.
- Communicating with other departments to resolve any product production or installation issues throughout the project life cycle.
- Developing and implementing improvements on current systems as related to areas of responsibilities.
- Supervising, hiring and firing, training and reviewing all Production Department personnel including Fabrication, Stapling, Sewing, Welding and Installation Crews as well as ensuring that any/all code requirements and Operations Manual requirements are adhered to.

Minimum of 5
yrs. experience in a construction/manufacturing environment.
Excellent
communication, leadership and organizational skills.
Associates
degree with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to
do physical work for a full eight (8) to ten (10) hour work day.
Ability to
lift at least fifty (50) pounds repeatedly during the work day.
